SCHUNCK*’s food curator Jeffrey Kuckelkorn organises regular special ac
tivities at the cutting edge of art and different cultures and creates exciting dishes with new flavour combinations, but now he is invited to see food through new glasses, mirror glasses. He immerges himself in the Egyptian gastronomic culture as a culinary anthropologist and learns how the local population in Cairo eats applying the Made of Mirrors framework.
His gastronomic creativity and passion for discovery blended in his soul with the discovery of the experience have open the gates of revelation as currently Jeffrey is in Cairo, in the midst of research, going from family to family, every evening a different setup and a new lesson for life.
